1. Controller and contact
Tanasa Romeo Iulian PFA is the operator and data controller for KreerIQ. Contact: support@kreeriq.com.
Account and subscription data
Accounts are for adults aged 18 or over, with a verified email and accepted terms. We store email, a password hash, verification status, account dates and acceptances. A necessary cookie keeps you signed in for 7 days, renewed when you open a page at least 24 hours after sign-in or the last renewal. Background checks do not extend the session; signing out and resetting your password revoke access sooner. Cloudflare hosts the service, EU databases and security messages; this does not mean all provider processing takes place exclusively in the EU. Local Free progress is not imported automatically.
For subscriptions we retain the account identifier, Stripe customer, payment and subscription identifiers, amounts, periods and states needed for access, duplicate prevention and dispute handling. Stripe/Link handles payment and billing details directly; KreerIQ does not store full card numbers or security codes. Billing records are separate from sign-in data and are not automatically erased with the account: retention depends on financial obligations and unresolved requests or disputes. Contact support for access, export or an erasure assessment.

2. Information used to provide the experience
The main IQ-style test does not require an account, name, payment card or profile. To calculate its result, the browser sends selected answer identifiers, test mode, randomization seed and content-version identifiers to the KreerIQ scoring endpoint. Responses are marked no-store. KreerIQ Kids activities, game scores and progress are calculated and stored locally and do not use that scoring endpoint.
Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical request information such as IP address, time, requested page, user agent and security logs to deliver and protect the service.
3. Information kept on your device
KreerIQ uses first-party localStorage and sessionStorage for language, unfinished sessions, question rotation, results, Mind Passport progress, Learn and Brain Rush progress, KreerIQ Kids settings and progress, sound preference, friend-challenge state, simple local funnel events and the local state used to limit sponsor frequency.
This information normally stays in your browser. Use “clear my local KreerIQ data” for the main experience, the separate reset in Kids Parent Corner for Kids progress, or browser settings to remove all site data.
Choosing a Plus plan remembers only the selected billing period and time on this device for up to 24 hours. It is not a payment or access grant. IQ answers and the basic result can remain in this tab to restore an unfinished journey; the detailed report is not saved there. Free IQ history is not synchronized to an account.
An optional account invitation may appear after about a minute of active browsing, outside games and Kids. This browser stores only the last display date to limit it to once per day, plus elapsed time in the current tab. No identifier or browsing history is recorded for this invitation and nothing is sent to analytics. Clearing browser storage resets the limit; browsers and devices are independent.
How Google uses data from partner sites4. Analytics, advertising and consent
KreerIQ displays no advertisements, whether you use Free or Plus. No video viewing or sponsor checkpoint is required to continue.
Advertising requests and advertising scripts are disabled. Optional analytics, when configured, remain subject to their consent controls. Analytics, behavioral advertising and remarketing remain disabled in Kids.
5. Sharing
Result-card and friend-challenge sharing starts only after your action and uses the browser share or clipboard feature. Anything you choose to send is then governed by the receiving app or service.
6. Retention and choices
Device-local progress remains until you clear it, the product expires old entries or the browser removes site data. Operational security logs are retained only as needed by the hosting provider and operator for delivery, abuse prevention and legal obligations.
You can refuse optional analytics without losing access to Free activities. Plus access depends on a confirmed subscription, never on advertising consent.
7. Your rights and children
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability for personal data the operator controls, and you may complain to a supervisory authority. Write to the contact address above.
KreerIQ Kids is designed for ages 7–12 and should be used under a parent or guardian’s supervision. It does not ask children for a name, birth date, email, location, photo, account or payment details. Where local law requires parental consent for optional processing, those features remain unavailable until the required controls and consent are in place.
8. Updates
We will update the date and wording when data practices, providers or paid services change materially. The current version of this page applies when you use the service.
Atlas Conquest — profile, play and personal data
When you choose Atlas Conquest, your verified adult account is linked on the server to a separate explorer profile. To provide the game, we keep your alias, preferences, room participation, answers, results and states needed for reconnection. Opponents see your explorer name and match information, not your email address. Do not put your real name or contact details in your alias. Cloudflare also hosts this part of the service.
Where ranked showdowns are enabled, participation requires Plus and a separate profile choice. Your alias with its public suffix and ratings appear on the leaderboard. You can withdraw without losing your account or Plus; your history stays private until an Atlas reset or account deletion. This choice is not marketing consent.
Finished rooms are retained for up to 24 hours; an unconfirmed result may extend this period. Unstarted unranked rooms expire after 30 minutes and ranked lobbies after 60 seconds. Your profile and ranked history remain until an Atlas reset or account deletion. Unfinished erasure requests and technical records preventing deleted data from returning after recovery are kept separately; these barriers become eligible for cleanup 37 days after completion.
In Atlas → My Atlas data, export your own data, including in parts, or request a game reset. An Atlas reset preserves your account, Plus, chess, Kids and Focus. In an active ranked match, erasure may wait for the confirmed result; other players’ ratings are not recalculated. For help, requests that cannot be completed in the interface, or appeals: support@kreeriq.com. Plus is not required. Do not email passwords or complete archives.
Reports are reviewed manually. Preparing or copying an in-game message does not send it. Ordinary closed support cases are reviewed for deletion after 90 days. Further retention must be justified by an obligation or an unresolved case. We do not promise 24/7 support.
