Scope
This text describes the KREERIQ TEST IQ mobile app. The KreerIQ website, web accounts and subscriptions have separate practices covered by the website policy. The mobile app does not connect local profiles to a web account or send answers to the website scoring service.
Information kept on your device
Local profiles can contain a chosen name — a nickname is recommended —, profile category, avatar, random local identifier and creation date. The app keeps language and display preferences, audio choices, answers and results, hints used, lesson history and activities in progress. Family administration settings remain local. Activities do not require an exact birth date, email address or online account.
Transmission
In this edition, exercises, scoring and content run locally. There is no KreerIQ account/synchronisation service in the app and no integrated tracking, advertising or analytics SDK. The app does not automatically upload profiles, answers or results to a KreerIQ server.
Backups and sharing
On request, you can export a local family/progress backup encrypted with your chosen password. The backup password is not stored and cannot be recovered by KreerIQ. This encryption protects the exported file; it does not mean the app separately encrypts all working data.
You choose where to save or send a backup or result card. A messaging, email or cloud-storage destination you choose can receive the selected content and applies its own rules. Operating-system backups are controlled through your device settings.
Retention and deletion
Local information remains until you delete it through the app controls or the operating system's app-data controls. Earlier exports remain at your chosen destinations and must be deleted there separately. The operator cannot remotely recover or erase a local copy on your device.
Child and teen profiles
An adult configures family administration and profiles for minors. Minor profiles have practice activities; original tests are reserved for adult and senior profiles. Selecting a category does not verify identity or age. Use nicknames and avoid real children's information in profile names, messages or support screenshots.
Stores and support
Apple handles App Store downloads and any store purchase under its own terms. The app does not receive complete payment-card details.
If you voluntarily contact support, the operator receives your email address, message and chosen attachments. Share only the issue description, app version, device model and operating-system version as needed. Do not send passwords, PINs, complete backups or real children's information.
Support correspondence
Correspondence passes through Cloudflare Email Routing to Google Gmail. The operator uses the details you choose to answer and resolve your request. Necessary support for the purchased app is based on performance of the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); general enquiries on our legitimate interest in answering and resolving issues (Article 6(1)(f)); data-rights requests on legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Messages are not used for marketing. Ordinary email is not an end-to-end encrypted channel.
Ordinary closed requests are deleted after 90 days. A legal obligation or specific dispute can justify longer retention limited to that purpose. Provider deletion and backup cycles may delay permanent removal. You may request earlier deletion where applicable.
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the US. Their public documents describe adequacy decisions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable. You can request details about applicable safeguards.
External pages and stores
Opening a public page may send your IP address, requested URL, browser headers and technical connection data to its host for delivery and security. The dedicated IQ page is a static page without analytics, advertising, forms or external fonts. Opening the general KreerIQ site is also governed by its own policy.
Apple or Google handles downloads, purchases and system diagnostics under its own settings and policies. These processes are separate from local IQ profiles.
Your rights
For data handled by the operator, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing under GDPR conditions. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact support@kreeriq.com. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month; any lawful extension is explained within that period.
You can complain to ANSPDCP or your competent local authority. We cannot remotely access or delete data stored only on your device. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based on support correspondence.
Updates
This policy will be updated if data handling changes. Online services or new collection require notice and, where needed, additional permission. Text version: 21 October 2026, for mobile app 1.0.0.
Hosting these IQ pages
The hosting provider is Cloudflare. Processing technical connection data to deliver and protect the pages is based on our legitimate interest in providing this notice and preventing abuse (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Data may include IP addresses, requested URLs, request headers and security events.
These pages create no visitor database or separate access-log export. Diagnostic log collection is disabled in the configuration dedicated to the IQ pages. Cloudflare may separately retain network and security data according to purpose, necessity and legal-retention criteria described in its policy. It operates internationally; the transfer and rights information above also applies to visiting these pages.
